First 100 days as CEO — my transition playbook

I acquired a manufacturing company 6 months ago and wanted to share my first-100-days playbook:
Weeks 1-2: Listen. Meet every employee. Don't change anything.
Weeks 3-4: Map the processes. Identify the real decision-makers.
Weeks 5-8: Address quick wins (usually pricing and procurement).
Weeks 9-12: Start implementing the first strategic initiative.
Week 13+: Build your management team and set quarterly OKRs.
The biggest lesson: the existing team knows more than you think. Your job is to unlock their potential, not replace them.

This is incredibly helpful, thank you. One question: how did you handle the previous owner's relationships with key clients? Did you involve them in the transition?
