Post-acquisition pricing strategy — quick wins

Pricing was the single biggest lever we pulled post-acquisition. Our services company hadn't raised prices in 3 years. Here's what we did: 1. Analyzed profitability by client segment 2. Identified clients below our cost-to-serve threshold 3. Implemented a 5-8% across-the-board increase with 60 days notice 4. Added a new premium service tier Result: Revenue up 12% with only 2% client churn (both unprofitable accounts). EBITDA impact was even larger. Don't underestimate the power of pricing!
